  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom or handmade products may require 2-5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹ 500.

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹ 50 applies to orders below this amount.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional charge.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Cities/Towns: 3–6 business days

    • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment in real time using the provided link.

6. Delays in Shipping

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

    • High order volumes

    • Courier issues

    • Natural disruptions

  • In such cases, we will keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

    • Re-shipping charges may apply.

    • Order may be canceled without refund of shipping charges.

8. Damaged / Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Share photos/videos for verification.

    • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
